Role Requirements

Minimum 5 years of Digital Agency experience required. No exceptions.

Our Sales Managers are anything but sales-driven. Instead, they act as consultants with a genuine desire to help our clients. With a fundamental understanding of how a Creative or Marketing Agency functions, as well as how the services we provide can benefit clients, this role demands a more personal approach.

Success at Never Settle is built on trust. We maintain long-term relationships due to our genuine care and white-glove service, and we’re seeking someone who can nurture a similar connection with both new and existing clients.

You will ned to be self-driven and managed to take full ownership of the agency’s sales pipeline, while working with the leadership team to ensure all departments of the business have enough of the right projects in the queue. We have a strong pipeline of inbound leads but would also expect you to drive additional leads through your own connections and marketing efforts. 

Please note: This is an internal, full-time position that requires agency experience. No exceptions.

The perfect fit

You are a seasoned professional and understand how an Agency works and how the Services we offer benefit our clients - at minimum ecommercer, marketing, web development services.

You possess exceptional interpersonal skills, are a clear communicator and have the ability to translate complex language into a format that clients can understand. You take ownership of the project pipeline and work with the leadership team to create and present decks, contracts and other material that may assist with closing sales.

CRMs and data are your friend, not that pesky task that never gets done. You understand the value of being an organized professional and the power of accurate data to further enhance your own productivity and the company's value.

Most importantly, you are a consultant first. You have the ability to provide clients with recommendations that genuinely help their business and to assist them in identifying areas where they may be unsure. Clients trust you and enjoy working with you, and never feel like they are always being sold to.

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in a Sales position for a Digital Agency
  • A comprehensive understanding of the services offered by a Creative or Marketing Agency (at min ecommerce, web dev, and marketing services)
  • Track record of developing and implementing effective sales strategies
  • Strong understanding of customer relationship management and sales pipeline development
  • Ability to work in a consultative way to recommend services that would genuinely benefit clients
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Exceptional English verbal and written communication skills
