How long do projects take?

Timelines are determined by the scope and complexity of each project. While smaller marketing websites can be completed within a few weeks, larger and more intricate builds may span several months. Once we’ve fully assessed your project requirements, we’ll provide a clear and accurate timeline.

How much do projects cost?

Every project we undertake is uniquely tailored to meet the specific needs of each client. Once we’ve gained a clear understanding of your objectives and requirements, we’ll provide a comprehensive proposal.

We're a non-profit, will you still work with us?

Absolutely. We collaborate with a diverse range of clients, from startups and established enterprises to non-profit organizations. We’ve had the privilege of partnering with several non-profits in the past and would be honored to support your mission.

What services do you offer?

As a full-service agency, we provide a comprehensive range of services including design, branding, marketing, and development. From award-winning web design and custom development to SEO and brand strategy, we can support almost any project.

I am not based in the US, does that matter?

We work with brands all over the world, so location doesn't matter. All communication is done via Google meets or asynchronously via email or Slack.

What are your payment terms?

Payment terms can vary depending on the size of the project. For larger projects, the payments are usually spread over a number of months or at key milestones. These terms can be discussed if needed.

How many meetings would we need?

As a minimum, we usually recommend an initial kick off call to understand your needs and then a follow-up call at key milestones, but you can request as many calls as you like.

I'm not sure what I need, can you help me figure it out?

Of course. Our team is made up of some of the best experts in their field, meaning we are able to help you understand your business goals as well as help map out how we can help you reach them.
