Role Requirements

Reporting to the Director of Engineering and working with our wider development team, you’ll play a critical role in architecting, developing and maintaining websites and applications for both our internal and client projects.

You’ll collaborate with Developers, Designers and Project Managers to deliver innovative, secure and user-friendly experiences that meet the needs of our clients and their audiences. This is a hands-on development role that sees you take ownership of your projects and the more junior members of the team.

Being a fully remote agency, a keen eye for detail is a must as well as strong communication skills. You will contribute to the architecture of the projects, taking into account not only the client’s goal but your own recommendations in a consultative approach, as well as code reviews, QA testing and ultimately be a part of our agency’s ever-evolving codebase across a range of products.

Please note: This is an internal, full-time position.

The perfect fit

You are a solutions-driven problem solver who understands the complexities of working on enterprise level products. With full stack experience, you have strong knowledge of backend logic and database design in Laravel as well as the ability to translate our designers’ prototypes into beautiful frontends with Vue.js.

You’ve shipped full-stack applications before, ideally in client-facing environments, and are used to juggling multiple projects with varying complexity. You’re communicative, dependable, and enthusiastic about working alongside creatives, strategists, and marketers to bring bold ideas to life.
