The beauty industry is incredibly competitive and Lala Daisy felt they were starting to be left behind. Recognizing their brand wasn't reflecting the youthful nature of their products, they teamed up with Never Settle for a full rebrand.
The brand was beginning to feel dated and old, which is a problem for a beauty brand that is positioning itself on selling the latest and greatest products.
Following a Competitor and Market Analysis, Never Settle provided a full 360 degree brand refresh delivering new logos, brand material and brand guides.
Never Settle repositioned Lala Daisy as a fun and friendly brand to better connect with their existing user base and to attract their newer Gen Z audience.
Understanding where Lala Daisy was currently positioned in their marketplace as well as mapping where they wanted to go was key to ensuring all decisions we made were data-driven. After evaluating their current closest competitors, as well as the competitors they wanted to go up against, we were able to gain a clear picture as to what would be needed to get them there.
How a brand speaks is equally as important as how they look. Never Settle crafted a Brand Messaging Guide that Lala Daisy's internal marketing team could use for all future marketing materials. This included the brand's persona, words to use and words to avoid, as well as clear, focused instruction on how any marketing copy should be written.
The final stage of the project was to pull everything together into brand visuals. This included a few rounds of logo concepts before finalization, mock ups of marketing materials as well as a comprehensive Brand Guide. Everything Lala Daisy's own internal marketing team would need was packaged up ready for them to use on their own internal projects.
