Lala Daisy are a large reseller of premium beauty products. In a highly competitive market, their existing Ecommerce website was no longer serving them & partnered with Never Settle for a complete Redesign & Rebuild.
In an industry ad competitive as beauty, everything counts. Lala Daisy's Ecommerce site was looking dated, was hard to navigate and didn't reflect the calibre of products they were offering.
After a deep analysis of competitors at the level they wanted to compete, Never Settle designed a 1:1 scale UI/UX prototype to share our vision before taking through to development.

Lala Daisy had a clear idea of who their current competitors were but also who they wanted their competitors to be. With this data, we were able to analyze what their competitors were doing well but also opportunities Lala Daisy could do even better.
Especially with beauty, the user journey is rarely linear. Rather than mapping a user journey from landing to checkout, we wanted to ensure the user had complimentary opportunities that were relevant to their goals. Routines, complimentary products and upsells were all strategically placed in the user journey to feel natural and not too salesy. The goal was for a user to feel like they were shopping in person with complimentary products placed strategically along the same shelf.
With the data and strategy gathered, Never Settle produced a full 1:1 scale UI/UX design that have Lala Daisy a genuine experience of what their new website could look like. Combining the new design for the website with the recent Rebrand Never Settle had completed prior, we were able to give Lala Daisy a brand new, elevated online presence.
