We designed and built a unified, scalable community platform that replaced fragmented tools with a single source of truth, enabling MWOD to track individual progress in real time, streamline operations, and deliver a more engaging, data-driven member experience.

We designed the platform as a single source of truth to replace MWOD’s fragmented stack of Airtable, spreadsheets, and automations. This unified architecture centralizes member data, habits, events, payments, and communications into one system, eliminating duplicate data sources and restoring trust in reporting. The result is a scalable foundation that supports both individual accountability and organization-wide visibility in real time.



At the core of the app is a personalized member experience built around habit tracking, progress reporting, and gamification. Members can clearly see their commitments, track daily behavior, and reflect through weekly reports, while haptic feedback and elegant UI make participation feel rewarding rather than overwhelming. This turns the app into a product members want to return to, directly improving retention and long-term engagement.




For leaders and administrators, we built advanced insights that surface how every individual and the community as a whole are performing—day by day, not just in snapshots. Features like role-based permissions, geo-mapping, built-in newsletters, event dashboards, and automated reporting enable proactive care instead of reactive management, allowing MWOD to coach leaders, support members, and scale the community without losing its intimate, human-centered feel.
