We partnered with Bixbi's internal design team who had ideas for their brand direction and visuals to understand the direction that would appeal most to their target audience. Once the direction had been agreed, we designed a full 1:1 scale UI/UX Prototype of the full user journey from Home Page through to the My Account experience. This allowed Bixbi to fully understand our recommendations before development had begun.
If a solution doesn't exist, we'll build it, and that was the case for Bixbi. To offer a truly premium experience that their users would expect, the My Account experience is completely bespoke to Bixbi, allowing their users to update and change their pet food subscriptions whenever they like. Going much further than simply pausing and starting subscriptions, users can choose which flavours to alternate between as well as the frequency.
