Kids Alive International is a nonprofit organization empowering at-risk children, families, and communities in seven countries for over a century. Never Settle designed and developed a donor-centric website with an enhanced UI/UX to effectively showcase their current programs, impact, and giving campaigns. We migrated their existing site to Webflow and optimized the new site for SEO to increase visibility online.
The old site was confusing and difficult to navigate. The content and overall site structure inhibited the performance. It was an outdated site that had stretched beyond its lifetime.
They needed an increase in donor engagement while showcasing their current offerings. They required a fresh website that mirrored their new branding to re-engage existing audiences, optimized to reach new audiences.
Kids Alive International has a modern website that streamlines the donor journey. In addition, we cleaned up their site’s SEO to attract more visitors, reaching a wider audience to increase donor giving.
As the rebrand stage of the project was starting to wrap up, we got to work designing the initial UI/UX prototype that would influence the new website. Developing user journeys and the overall content plan helped Kids Alive see our vision come to life in a 1:1 scale prototype design. Every main page template was designed to scale and used real content to help represent the new website as faithfully as possible in order to gain buy-in from the CEO and company leaders. After a couple of rounds of tweaks, the prototype was ready to move to development.
Every website Never Settle develops is completely bespoke and this project was no exception. Every element that makes up every page was developed from scratch by Never Settle to ensure the final website matched the prototype. During the migration from their old site to their new site, our SEO team ensured no SEO authority was lost and went through each and every page. The result was a fully custom Webflow website that was easy for the Kids Alive team to edit, that followed the direction of the new brand and formed a platform that could easily be developed for future feature requests.
After the new website was launched, Never Settle continues to work with Kids Alive on a monthly retainer to aid with SEO and content strategy, design and development. With Kids Alive running new fund raising campaigns every quarter, their needs for landing pages is constantly changing. Never Settle continues to partner with Kids Alive to build bespoke landing pages and custom functionality to ensure the website is serving Kids Alive as their central fund raising hub for all of their marketing efforts.
