Plus with the addition of the D2C sales channel while also retaining B2B meant Never Settle had two ver different audiences to cater to when it came to discovering and purchasing products. After an extensive UI/UX prototype, Never Settle landed on a custom WooCommerce Ecommerce store that was visually appealing yet had pre-defined user journeys mapped out. So much so the website has won a range of awards.
