Thinkstream are an on-demand events company that manage events on behalf of their clients. With a unique model but an outdated website, they were finding attracting new clients challenging. The solution was a full UI/UX Prototype Design followed by a custom Webflow website.
Trusting another company with your events requires trust and proof of past results. Thinkstream's existing website wasn't effectively communicating the services and trust they wanted to convey.
Following User Journey Mapping and a Content Plan, we produced a full scale UI/UX prototype of the new website to explore potential design directions for Thinkstream's new website.
The end result was a unique Webflow website that takes users on a journey through Thinkstream's services and prior success as well as allowing Thinkstream to continue to make edits and updates on their own.
While the user journey and communicating the unique services Thinkstream offered was one area for improvement, another was the overall voice and tone of the brand itself. The Thinkstream team are a friendly, high-energy group of people, which the brand was not reflecting at the time. As we discovered more about the brand and the people, it became apparent that their USP wasn't just in the services that they offered, but the people behind those services as well.
We began by exploring a range of potential design directions for the new website, from serious and impactful to something more fun and playful. Thinkstream were very much drawn towards a more hands-on, crafted feel as this reflected the care and attention they put into each one of their events. With the look and feel decided, we contoinued mapping out the User Journey and designing the rest of the pages for a full 1:1 prototype of what the website would look like and how it would work.
The final stage of the project was translating the design into a custom-built Webflow website. The end result was a website that better communicated not only the services provided and the trust potential clients could rely on, but the persona of the team behind the brand.
